Your order will arrive in an Alameda Turquesa box and dustbag. We always send you a little handmade card to make you feel even more special.

Our shoes have an engraved logo in soles and insoles.

At this time all sales are final. We believe that you deserve an exclusive product, made to order for you and for you only, so we do not accept returns. Due to the finality of your purchase, please send us an email to shop@alamedaturquesa.com if you have any doubt.

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your order. The products must include the original box and dust bag, and must be completely unworn. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted, clean surface to prevent any scratch. Shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted.

Alameda Turquesa reserves the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your exchange is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense. We appreciate your understanding.
