All orders are delivered by DHL, and we only use Express delivery.
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Portuguese holidays. Delivery time is currently in 1-3 days from the moment the order leaves our warehouse, it doesn’t mean they will take that time to arrive to you, since we make everything by hand, the 1-3 days is the time it takes after they were sent out.
Since everything is handmade sometimes they can take some time to be shipped, but for more accurate shipping times, please see the “shipping date” on the specific product’s description page, because times may vary for each design.
Please note that the delivery can be delayed due to your country’s customs. Alameda Turquesa is not responsible for any unexpected delay occurring during the shipment by DHL.
DHL cannot delivery to P.O. boxes or to General Delivery/Poste Restante addresses. Alameda Turquesa is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.

Orders to be delivery in EU have no duties, so you will not pay any extra fee or customs taxes.
For the rest of the world we ship all items Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Once your order is shipped, the carrier will bill you to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
If the customer refuses the delivery due to the import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees, the package will either be destroyed or returned to it’s sender, in those cases, any additional fee occurred will be the responsibility of the customer and original order will NOT be refundable.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will received an email containing an air waybill number, and a link, that way you will know how to track your order online.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched – orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any additional shipping costs are non refundable.
Due to Strengthened control measures introduced by Customs authorities in Russia, DHL only delivery in Russia if you gave a company address (not your home address) and a company name. Please make sure the company name is correct. We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched and orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. Customs duties should always be paid by you (the client) and not by Alameda Turquesa
