IN WHAT PACKAGING WILL MY GOODS ARRIVE?

Your order will arrive in an Alameda Turquesa box (if shoes) and dustbag. We always send you a little handmade card to make you feel even more special.

Our shoes have an engraved logo in soles and insoles.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A PAIR OF ALAMEDA TURQUESA SHOES?

Every Alameda Turquesa piece is made-to-order. The delivery can be between two days and five weeks, depending of the numbers of orders and of the overload of work, we are small team here at our atelier, everything is artisanal. The maximal delay of the dispatch is of 3 weeks from the day of the order, if we couldn’t make it in time you will receive an email from us. If you have a special event and you need to receive your piece asap, send us an email to shop@alamedaturquesa.com so we can make the best we can to put your order on priority.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, you can. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email of notification from us including your tracking number from DHL Express or CTT. If your delivery is within Portuguese, Russian or Iranian territory it will be shipped with CTT Portugal and you can track at cct.pt. If your delivery is for the rest of the world you can check your tracking at dhl.com.

Will you have season sales?

No, Alameda Turquesa don’t make any season sales due to the high demand for Alameda Turquesa products. We never make sales neither discounts.

HOW DO I KNOW THE ITEM WILL FIT ME?

CAN I INITIATE A RETURN OR MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

You can check our Return Policy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We believe that you deserve an exclusive product, made to order for you and for you only, so we do not accept returns. Due to the finality of your purchase, please send us an email to shop@alamedaturquesa.com if you have any doubt.

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your order if you purchase shoes, other pieces that are not shoes can’t be returned. The products must include the original box and dust bag, and must be completely unworn. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted, clean surface to prevent any scratch. Shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted.

Alameda Turquesa reserves the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your exchange is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense. We appreciate your understanding.
