All our pieces are made to order, we don’t have anything in stock. Just one single piece of Alameda Turquesa takes between 4 to 30 hours to make.

We believe that every costumer deserves special attention, for us that means that a pair of shoes is made for that particularly person. That way, when you receive your Alameda Turquesa piece, you will know that is made just for you, with all our love and care.

We are constantly out of stock and we are doing our best to improve everyday our service.

We don’t accept returns but we do accept exchanges for any issues with shoes fit, only within 14 days of receipt of your order. Check our exchanges page to find out more.

We do accept exchanges of shoes for any issues with fit within 14 days of receipt of your order. Alameda Turquesa only accept that if the shoes are in their original condition, including the original box and dust bags, and must be completely unworn.

All the bags and jewellery are FINAL SALE and may not be return, neither exchange.

The customer pays the transportation cost for the exchange.

Please try your shoes on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for an exchange. Alameda Turquesa reserves the right to refuse any exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your exchange is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
