We offer worldwide shipping.
All orders are shipped via DHL Express, with a typical delivery time of 1–3 business days once your order has been dispatched.
At this time, we are unable to ship to Russia and Iran.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Portuguese national holidays.
Delivery time is currently estimated at 1–3 days after your order leaves our atelier in Coimbra, Portugal, where each piece is carefully handcrafted.
However, as all our items are made to order, additional production time is required before shipping.
Made-to-Order Production Time
Each Alameda Turquesa piece is created especially for you.
Our usual production time is approximately 2 weeks, but it can vary significantly depending on the item, its complexity, and the number of orders we are fulfilling at the time.
In some cases, your piece may be ready in as little as 2 days, while during peak periods it may take up to 4–6 weeks. We are a small, dedicated team, and every detail is handmade with care.

Customs, Delivery & Responsibility
Please be aware that customs clearance may delay delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. Alameda Turquesa is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local authorities.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or General Delivery/Poste Restante addresses, as DHL requires a valid physical address for delivery.
Once your package has been scanned and marked as delivered by the carrier, Alameda Turquesa cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
Taxes & Duties
Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped to the European Union (EU) are not subject to import duties or additional customs fees, you will not be charged anything extra upon delivery.
For all other international destinations, orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that once your order arrives in your country, you may be contacted by the carrier to pay any applicable import duties, customs charges, or local sales taxes as determined by your country's regulations.
Please note:
If the customer refuses delivery due to unpaid import duties, taxes, or any other applicable fees, the parcel may be destroyed by customs or returned to sender. In such cases, all associated costs and losses are the responsibility of the customer, and the original order will not be eligible for refund.
ORDER TRACKING
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Air Waybill (AWB) numberalong with a tracking link. This allows you to follow your order’s journey in real time.
- For international orders, track your shipment at DHL.com.
- For orders within Portugal, track your shipment at CTT.pt.
If you do not receive your tracking details, please check your spam folder or contact us at shop@alamedaturquesa.com.

Important Information
- Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are unable to re-route orders once they have been dispatched. Orders returned due to an invalid or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Once a package has been delivered to the designated shipping address, Alameda Turquesa cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft. Please note that any additional shipping costs are non-refundable. - Made-to-Order Production Timeline
Each Alameda Turquesa piece is made-to-order with artisanal care. Production time may vary from 2 days to 5 weeks, depending on order volume and the complexity of your piece. We are a small team working entirely by hand in our atelier. While 2 weeks is the average timeframe, please allow up to 5 weeks for dispatch. We will keep you updated via email throughout the process.
